Empowering Neighbors works with community partners to help connect our neighbors to available services. As an organization that seeks to empower individuals, we know that connecting to a network of resources that meet a person’s needs is critical to well-being.

Some of our partners help with housing, mental health and recovery, senior care, healthcare, international and refugee issues, transportation, and a host of other services. We are building a network of information and connections to help participants in our programs meet more of their needs.
